「東京科学大学理工学系学友会(以下、学友会と呼びます)」は、理工学系学生(旧東京工業大学)の学士課程を中心とした学生による団体です。学生自身が学生の正課(授業や研究活動)以外のキャンパスライフやサークル活動など学生生活を支援する活動を行います。

The Gakuyukai - Science & Engineering Student Association is an organization of science and engineering students, mainly undergraduate students of the former Tokyo Institute of Technology.

東京科学大学の学生は学士課程に入学すると学友会員になります。特に申し込み手続きは必要ありません。

Yes, all Science Tokyo students become Gakuyukai members when they enroll in the undergraduate program. There is no need to apply for membership.

学友会の活動に実際に参加するかどうかは、それぞれの学生次第です。学友会の活動に少しでもご興味がございましたら、ぜひお声がけください。

It's up to the student to decide whether or not to participate in the Gakuyukai's activities.

様々な参加方法があり、「代議員」や「監査」に立候補することで学友会全体の運営に参加することができます。また、学生のキャンパスライフ支援に関わりたい場合は、「学生生活部」にご参加ください。その他にも、「学園祭運営部」への所属や、公認サークルに所属し「代表会議」に参加することなどでも関わることができます。

The Gakuyukai consists of six main sections. You can participate in the management by joining various organizations.

学友会費を支払わなかった学生個人が直接不利益を被ることはありません。しかし、学友会費は学生の互助的な組織である学友会の運営に不可欠なものであり、学生活動の発展やキャンパスライフの向上のためにもお支払いにご協力いただけますと幸いです。

Individual students will not suffer any direct disadvantages if they do not pay the Gakuyukai fee. However, these fees are essential for the operation of the Gakuyukai, which is a mutual support organization for students. We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in paying the fee to support the development of student activities and the enhancement of campus life.
