About Us
ORGANIZATION
組織紹介
学友会では、活動ごとに組織に分かれて、より良い学生生活の実現を目指して支援を行っています。
The Gakuyukai is divided into organizations for each activity and provides support.
学友会総会
Gakuyukai General Assembly
正会員（全学士課程学生）で構成される学友会の最高決議機関。
The supreme decision-making body composed of all regular members (undergraduate students).
代議員会
Delegates' Assembly
学友会総会に代る通常時における学友会運営の決議機関。
The decision-making body of the Gakuyukai during normal times, replacing the General Assembly.
監査会
Audit Committee
学友会の会計及び運営の監査を行う。執行部等の担当者との兼務を不可とし、独立性を保つ。
Audits the accounts and operations. Maintains independence by prohibiting concurrent service with Executive Committee roles.
執行部
Executive Committee
総務・会計・広報・渉外の機能を持つ。学友会総会、代議員会での決定に基づき、学友会全体の運営を行う執行機関。
Performs general affairs, accounting, PR, and liaison functions based on decisions by the Assembly.
代表会議
Delegates' Meeting
公認サークル連合の会議体、決議機関。
A deliberative and decision-making body of the Official Student Club Federation.
公認サークル連合
Certified Circle Union
全公認サークルが集まった組織。
An organization that brings together every certified club and circle.
学園祭運営部
Campus Festival Management Dept.
学園祭へ参加する学生への支援など、学園祭に関する支援を行う。学園祭の運営は、工大祭実行委員会に委託する。
Provides support for the Campus Festival. Actual management is entrusted to the Kodaisai Executive Committee.
学生生活部
Student Life Department
大学への意見・提言のとりまとめ、学生生活を盛り上げる企画の運営・開催を行う。学友会の会員なら誰でも参加可能。
Compiles recommendations to the Institute and manages projects to enliven student life. Open to any member.

活動紹介
各種イベントの企画・運営から、学生の声を大学に届ける役割まで、幅広い活動を行っています。
The Gakuyukai engages in a wide range of activities, from planning and managing various events to conveying students’ voices to the university.
Student Life
キャンパスライフ支援
学生の皆さんが快適に過ごせるよう、キャンパス内の環境整備や意見箱の設置を行っています。また、季節ごとのイベント開催や大学側への施設改善提案など、学生生活の質的向上のための幅広い活動を展開しています。
School Festival
学園祭支援
大学の一大イベントである「工大祭」を成功させるため、実行委員会への資金援助や運営サポートを行っています。参加団体への補助金支給などを通じて、学生主体の活気ある学園祭づくりを全面的にバックアップします。
Club Activities
課外活動支援
公認サークルの認定・管理をはじめ、活動資金の援助（分配金）、部室や練習場所の調整などを行っています。課外活動が円滑に行えるよう多角的な支援を行い、学生文化の発展に貢献しています。
